ABOUT ME
I'm Zoe, 3rd year Graphic Communication student at CSAD.
During my time in university, I have explored in a variety of graphic design-related fields. While visual identity, data-driven design, and branding are my favourite areas of expertise, my true passion is making meaningful, purpose-driven, and compassionate design solutions that have the power enact positive change.
As a designer, I find that interaction with the physical world can be extremely enlightening, and this is evident in the tactile approach I take to my work. A large portion of my approach to design is centred on my understanding of and respect for the unique experiences which various audiences have with design and visual communications. My approach is heavily informed by research into the context of a problem. When faced with creative hurdles brought on by constraints on time and resources, I am highly driven and able to approach these challenges with enthusiasm and rationale. I am able to tackle a variety of creative challenges with more originality by embracing such constraints and harmonising them with extensive research.
Helping those who need it and using my skills as a designer to better the lives of people and the planet excites and motivates me. I take pride in being an incredibly passionate and creative individual. As I continue my growth as a designer, I am actively looking to gain relevant work experience, eager to participate in industry and to develop my professional skills.
